 I still get times when new buddies start off as blocked, and today I
 encountered an issue where a non-new buddy who I previously blocked was
 not unblocked when I tried to do so on Pidgin (although Pidgin removed
 their blocked icon.) Upon logging onto normal Windows Messenger the user
 was still showing as blocked, whereupon I was able to unblock them
 properly.

 Perhaps this is actually 2 separate bugs; one causing new buddies to begin
 in a blocked state, and another stopping you from unblocking people.

 (Using Pidgin 2.6.4/Win32 at home. My MSN privacy mode is set to 'allow
 only these users'.)
