#10930: Message Notifications: taskbar button reports the wrong number of new IMs

 1. Join an IRC channel
 2. Switch focus away from Pidgin
 3. Wait for a message to be sent to the channel.
 4. Notice that instead of displaying "[1]" in the flashing taskbar button,
 Pidgin displays "[2]".

 I can reliably reproduce this with 2.6.4 on Windows XP Pro SP3. I use the
 IRC Helper and IRC More plugins (both v. 2.2.0), and Message Notifications
 2.6.4. The latter is not listed at
 http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/ThirdPartyPlugins, so I don't know where
 else to report.
