 Everytime I install pidgin to a PC I am contacted by people I don't know
 and by "21-year-old sexy girls" etc... and then I run to the Tools ->
 Privacy -> Allow Only the Users on my Buddy List

 This Privacy option should be enabled by default, or otherwise asked when
 I add the account.
