#10956: Pidgin deletes buddies or won't save buddies

 I added three buddies to a group.  If I close Pidgin and restart Pidgin,
 two of the buddies I added are not there.  All three use the
 GroupWise protocol.

 I re-add the two buddies, exit and restart Pidgin, and the buddies do not
 save.

 I have Show Offline Buddies selected.
