 2.6.4 worked until M$ updates were applied about 2 days ago. Yesterday
 Pidgin couldn't establish any connection, including MSN, Yahoo, irc.ICQ,
 irc.freenode, irc.mozilla and gmail.

 Reverting to 2.6.3 established connections instantly. For some reason
 Pidgin came up faster then it ever had before.

 Platform: Tyan Tiger 200, P3 800MHZ X 2, 1GB, W2K SP4 (all updates
 applied)

 If it would help I can reinstall 2.6.4 save debug logs and add them here
 as attachments. IMO that wouldn't provide any new information beyond the
 following. 2.6.4 connection debug log errors reported were were similar
 and varied between services. Couldn't establish SSL connection with OSCAR.
 The rest reported error resolving [URL]: 11001|10022. scsa.msg.yahoo.com
 could be pinged while Pidgin reported DNS resolution errors.

 No other connectivity issues were observed (POP3/HTTP). Flushing DNS
 cache, power cycling MTA/router and resetting TCP/IP stack didn't help.
 Installing 2.6.3 worked immediately without rebooting or other corrective
 action.
