 I meant busy.

 It only happens when I was offline before. What really seems to happen is
 that the protocol doesn't take any action when I set to busy (I noticed
 that if I have only the IRC account activated, the busy obtion vanishes).

 So if IRC is connected and I select busy, it keeps connected
 If IRC is disconnected and I select busy, it keeps disconnected.

 The IRC protocol should somehow understand busy = available to avoid this.
