 Currently Pidgin does not properly mute sounds when the status is set to
 "Do not disturb". (On a related note, the libnotify plugin ignores DND and
 submits notifications anyway, even though I said "only when available".)

 The wording of the setting under the Sound tab indicates that proper
 implementation means no sound at all unless my status is specifically set
 to some form of "Available".

 I've chosen pidgin as the component, but finch may or may not be affected
 by this bug as well.
