 This is a major bug.  With windows 7 out, so many people are using the
 themes that come with windows which automatically rotate the
 background/wallpaper.

 Very simple to replicate: Memory leaking when windows background/wallpaper
 is changed.  Version 2.6.4, protocols used aim + gtalk.
