 Hi,

 I was told to file a bug report for LibPurple after making a report on
 Adium's site here:
 http://trac.adium.im/ticket/13585

 I have read other posts on this but no other solution has worked for me
 :(.

 I am using the latest Adium version 1.4b17 and am getting the "Error:
 Reading Error" on my MSN logins. I can use my AIM screen name fine, but
 MSN seems to be the issue. I have uninstalled Adium, reinstalled it, tried
 other versions, upgrading my OS from Mac OS X 10.5.7 to 10.5.8 and even to
 10.6 and 10.6.1 and 10.6.2 with no difference there. I have even changed
 my ISP in hope of it solving the problem. I have had to live without MSN,
 however, many of my clients use this system and it would be nice to have
 Adium working. I have uploaded my log information from the Adium Debug
 folder on my mac. If you need any more information from me, please let me
 know :).

 I would appreciate any steps or advice you could give me in solving this
 problem. As I said, other posts on this forum have not seemed to solve the
 problem so I have had to resort to a new thread.
