 Closed as duplicate of #9750.[[BR]]{{{
 yahoo: Buddy icon upload response (703) bytes (> ~400 indicates failure)
 }}}

 I don't know what that line means, but it doesn't indicate a failure in
 uploading the avatar. My buddy icon upload works everytime, and I still
 receive that line in the debug log.

 Exactly what I suspected, andrixnet also mentioned a failure in the dns
 resolution. Without accessing that particular url, avatars wont get
 updated till you relogin.

 Ticket #9750 presents a good solution. I am not sure what the official
 client does, when last checked it was failing to show the display pic as
 well.

 We should atleast, use http://98.136.112.115/avatar.php?yids=<nick> as a
 backup url, when dns resolution of the url received in the http packet
 fails.
