 On system with multiple displays, the first time the transfers window
 opens, it appears on the same screen as the IM window, but if it's closed,
 the next time(s) it opens, it opens on the furthest-left monitor, on the
 far left hand side.  If Pidgin is shut down and re-opened, transfer window
 will appear once on the screen with the IM window, then 'default' back to
 the furthest left position on subsequent openings.  This has been
 consistent through several versions of Pidgin.

 Windows Vista Ultimate x64
 Pidgin 2.6.4 (and prior versions)
 Reproduced with 2, 3, and 4 displays
 Dual XFX Radeon HD4650 PCIe with current drivers from ATI
 Disabled plugins to verify: Yes
