 OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

 As long as I can remember (pre-2.6.4), which I currently have installed)
 the New Pounces Window from the Buddy Pounces option has never exactly
 remembered its location.

 From when I used it in Windows XP 32-bit to when I used it in Windows
 Vista 64-bit to when I used it now in Windows 7 64-bit, all clean, new
 installs of Pidgin each time with a clean, new install of Windows. I even
 remember this happening in GAIM.

 The window will sometimes move around in the primary desktop's upper-left
 corner kinda in a seemingly random fashion, but generally that's where
 it'll stay. Every other window Pidgin/GTK spawns will properly remember
 its location, even across a multiple monitor setup. This New Pounces
 Window is the only one I've come across to not obey saved locations.
