 OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

 As long as I can remember (pre-2.6.4), which I currently have installed)
 the New Pounces Window from the Buddy Pounces option has stolen focus from
 programs like Media Player Classic and older OpenGL games while they are
 in fullscreen, even if the program is set to "Always On Top".

 From when I used it in Windows XP 32-bit to when I used it in Windows
 Vista 64-bit to when I used it now in Windows 7 64-bit, all clean, new
 installs of Pidgin each time with a clean, new install of Windows. I even
 remember this happening in GAIM.

 Other Pidgin windows seem to obey this rule, and New Pounces does NOT
 steal focus while in D3D Exclusive fullscreen.

 This could be related to Ticket #6858.
