#11037: Please make pending invitations accessible and "actionable"

 Currently, the only way to accept a chat invitation via plugin is to
 subscribe to the 'chat-invited' signal and then return an integer greater
 than or equal to 0. Unfortunately, this does excludes d-bus plugins from
 accepting chat invitations since they can not have a return code to the
 signal.

 Please consider making chat invitations accessible and actionable so that
 d-bus, possibly other plugin mechanisms, can handle these signals in a
 meaningful way. Thanks!
