 I've hisolated the problem!

 oim.c: msn_oim_report_to_user()
 enter the first if since the X-OIMProxy: MOSMS

 then there is a strange thing, as if message->body contains another
 multipart message, but this is definitely not the case. message->body
 should just be base64-decoded, since it simply contains the OIM text.

 Maybe this "if" is also for another type of OIMs?
