 I can reproduce this (libxml2 2.6.32.dfsg-4ubuntu1.1, in case it's a bug
 in libxml and not xmlnode/xmpp). The IQ handler generates the error stanza
 by copying the received stanza, ending up with the '<xml:iq/>' nonsense.
