New description:

 When losing network connection (internet drops, NIC is unplugged), I do
 not appear to reconnect to the MUCs I have open.  Connected users in the
 MUC show a join and a part in the MUC when I am reconnecting, and I am no
 longer able to (re)connect without disabling/reenabling the account.  The
 MUC window titles appear as (foo at bar.com) with the (), which darkrain42
 asked about when mentioned on IRC.
