 On 2009-02-01 at around 00:00-02:00 UTC my jabber.org XMPP account stopped
 working with GTalk accounts. Now all my GTalk contacts appear to be
 offline (although they are not) and they have the status "404: Remote
 Server Not Found".

 When I try to send a message to a GTalk buddy I get an "XMPP Message
 Error: Message delivery to <buddy> failed: (Code 404)". When another
 pidgin user tries to send a message to me from a GTalk account she gets a
 "code 503" error.

 The System Log says "<buddy> changed status from Offline to Offline @
 <time>" twice for each GTalk contact every time I log in.

 If you need further information I'm afraid you'll have to be very clear in
 your instructions for me because this is a bit new to me.
