 It just happened again :( The same message from ICQ account #1 that says
 that only authorized ICQ client is allowed to use. Pidgin 2.5.4 doesn't
 connect. I think all windows clients as QIP for example don't connect too.
 And I'm afraid it happened only with russian and ukranian users again.
