 A quick discussion in

 jdev at conference.jabber.org] lead to the informal conclusion that Openfire
 should not be routing unavailable presence in this case (at least to other
 'sessions' and possibly not at all, I suppose it should instead send
 updated available presence for/from the now 'active' 'session').

 Additionally, Openfire probably should be marking self-presence stanzas
 with the 110 code (but this is an area that I think few servers currently
 do as well as they could so no fault to Openfire here).

 Next step is to send mail to the standards mailing list about this and see
 if we can get an official decision.
