 The issue is that a transfer window will stay on top of a chat window,
 regardless what I do. In other versions it would just drop under the chat
 window, if I use the chat window and the transfer window overlaps it. Both
 the chat window and the transfer window will somehow act as one and drop
 under other windows, if I use them.
 I did not ever have this issue with any other version of pidgin.

 I use the portable version of pidgin, obtained from portableapps.com
