 This first occured to me since I once used version 2.5.4, but now I tried
 2.5.3 and even reverted back to 2.5.1 and in every version it's the same
 issue. Transfers over the ICQ protocol will randomly abort. I tried MSN
 protocol and that works just fine, like it always did. It guess it's not
 necessarily a pidgin problem, as it worked fine in 2.5.1 a while ago, but
 maybe this will help somehow nonetheless.

 I use the portable version of pidgin, obtained from portableapps.com
