New description:

 I just downloaded this and when I type a message, I cannot see what I am
 typing until I hit "ENTER".. sometimes I get a red wavy line as I am
 typing.. Some people I can see what they answer me back and some I
 cannot..I un-installed this and reinstalled and still have same problem..
 I have dell Windows Vista and I downloaded this using firefox the
 reinstall and downloaded it using IE the 1st install.  still have same
 problem.. I searched for the answer but to no avail  can u help me
 please.. thank-you
