Old description:

New description:

 I can also tell you that this error box says pidgin.exe application error.
 The backtrace seems a little over my tech ability. But the crash/error
 only happens when Windows is shutting down so I don't know if this is even
 possible to capture--there are instructions for some commands after I
 reproduce the error. I won't be able to do that until I reboot.
