 To compile on windows, add disco.c to approporate sections of
 pidgin/Makefile.mingw and libpurple/Makefile.mingw

 In pidgin-2.4.4 jabber.h happens to be changed, so it has to be altered
 manually.

 No kind of registration appears to work, at least on Windows - either
 "service error" is displayed after clicking 'Ok' in enter-transport-login-
 and-password dialog, or pidgin crashes when "Register" button is pressed.

 The examples are icq.jabber.snc.ru (error), and mrim.jabber.snc.ru (crash)
