 rev8892] which is GPL (but I can't tell you how they figured it out). If
 you look at `icq_packet.cpp` you'll notice the function is not quite the
 same, though. The last line should be `return ((((0 - s) ^ (guint8)n) & 7)
 ^ n) + 2;`. They also appear to have changed their reported ICQ version,
 which may or may not be necessary.
