Comment:

 If you are going to submit screenshots submit them as image files not as
 images embedded into word documents (it makes it much easier for everoyne
 who needs to look at them). Second, if you can copy and paste the error
 message (or even just re-type it) that is even easier for people to help
 you with (and less effort in general).
