 The Issue is On Yahoo there is a facility whereby the user can send the
 message while adding the same. So sometimes when I add the user he does
 not knows my email id and so rejects the same for which initially I have
 to start the conversation and then am able to add the same

 Due to this, some of my friends can't add me
