 Windows pidgin doesn't handle pasting urls into chat when more than one
 format is on the clipboard. If you copy CF_TEXT *and* CF_HTML to the
 clipboard and paste into pidgin's chat window, nothing happens.

 What should happen: When multiple formats are on the clipboard pidgin
 should choose the best format if you paste into chat.

 Steps to reproduce: View an image in Firefox, select the entire image and
 press ctrl+c (both formats are now on the clipboard), try to paste in
 pidgin and nothing happens. Next open notepad and paste (you get the image
 url), then goto gmail start a new message and paste (you get html
 fragment).
