 In Preferences -> Conversation, there's an option to "Flash window when
 IMs are received".

 We're sometimes missing it, as it's just 3 flashing blinks and then it's
 steady.

 So,
 Can an option be added to make it flash for longer number of times or
 minutes?  Ideally, I'd like to be able to configure it per-user so that if
 someone wants it to flash 5 or 9 or 999 times, they can.
