 In version 2.5.4 (and in at least on or two prior) Pidgin cannot retain my
 ICQ privacy setting.  I choose the "allow only the users on my buddy list"
 option, but often within a few hours (or certainly by the next session)
 the setting has changed back to "block only the users below".

 I'm not sure what causes this to occur -- I can choose my privacy setting,
 close the privacy options window, then reopen it and what I chose is still
 selected, but later somehow it keeps changes without my knowledge.
