Comment:

 Patch attached that calls res_init() when DNS queries return errors. This
 could also be changed so that dnssrv.c and dnsquery.c call
 `purple_network_refresh_dns`, which would be a nop in most situations
 unless NM isn't functioning (and then it would call `res_init` at most
 once a minute or some such).

 I don't feel strongly about either option there (something better?)
