 mtn-theme.diff replaces themepreferences.diff.gz.  I took what it did and
 also moved the 'default formatting' section over.

 I also moved the 'add' and 'remove' smiley theme button to the right of
 its scrollview.  And made the 'default formatting' widget be a labelled
 widget under the 'font' section.  It's label is 'Outgoing formatting:' to
 make it clearer what exactly it does (as different from the other font
 settings).

 With all the above patches, the preferences dialog is ~710x530 pixels for
 me.  Yay!  We fit!
