 last communication of ticket 8079 was 6 weeks ago.  SO YES.. there WAS A
 NEED FOR A TICKET.  I asked if there was any update weeks ago and I
 received ZERO responses, until I OPENED THIS TICKET.  Now I see a
 response. So you tell me, was opening the ticket effective? I think so.
