 I just want to give a suggestion in order to improve pidgin's
 functionalities.
 When you add a contact in Windows Live you can send him a brief message
 just to tell him "hi I am ''who i am''", so the person receiving the
 request understands that the person who wants to add him is you.
 If you can't send a message to the person you want to add he may  deny the
 permission if he doesn't remember that that is your email address.
 I've taken a look at the code to change it but I gave it up because it was
 too long to read...:)
