Comment:

 There are a couple of leaks in qq, a couple in otr, and a couple in
 gstreamer
 most of which are on the smaller side (the otr ones are bigger than the
 others as they involve icons).

 But by far the largest leaks in that file are in fontconfig and pango. I
 would
 suggest you see if there are updates available for either of those
 packages/libraries in your distribution and then I would suggest trying
 alternative GTK+ themes, alternative GTK+ Theme Engines, and alternative
 interface font choices. Perhaps also checking how many fonts you have
 installed may be of use.

 I didn't go through the entire log because it was enormous but the above
 is what I saw in the bits I did go through as I looked around.
