Comment(by rafaelfc1208):

 These points msn_contact_request_cb() and msn_get_address_cb() (at
 'libpurple/protocols/msn/contact.c') aren't hit when contacts.msn.com
 timeout. Isn't msn_soap_error_cb() (at 'libpurple/protocols/msn/soap.c')a
 better place?
