 - both the news section and the community section should be reachable from
 the whole web site (which is not the case: right now,  news is only
 visible from the development section and community is available from all
 sections except development)

 - The community section should use trac accounts rather than expecting
 users to create a second account for this web site. Allowing OpenID for
 login is a really great idea, but it should work (it's broken) and it
 should be supported for trac as well.
