 I am not seeing any other errors, just the "Write error", it comes around
 2-4 times/day, totally random. can be during idle, can be during
 conversation, etc.
 I do not have any firewalls, just a router (WRT54GL running Tomato v23)

 OS is Gentoo x86-64.

 When i get those Write errors, ICQ (pidgin) remains connected. same goes
 for IRC and shoutcast. It does not happen on Windows using MSN messenger,
 so i figured it has to be something with pidgin.

 If it helps or not, well, i had no disconnects so far, but i'll need to
 test for more time to be completely sure.

 If i'll get disconnects, i think i will just place some debugging code on
 all the functions that call the Write error to see where it really comes
 from.
