 It'll be a good idea to provide user select resource to which he can send
 message.

 For example if user login two times from different resource and one
 account, your message will be coming on resource which have hight priority
 or to resource from which last time come message.

 But I can't be sure that I send to necessary resource.

 For example if I send a lot of information with URL's and this resource
 will be a smartphone it'll be bad.
