 I noticed that after I updated to 2.5.3, after people log in the Logged In
 time starts at 13 hours. The highest I've seen it go is to 16 hours.
 I would like to point out that I noticed this happening with my AIM
 friends, but I do not know if it's happening with other services because
 GTalk doesn't give you a Logged In time, and I do not use any of the
 others.
