 The request here is that offline buddies be sorted to the bottom of each
 group regardless of what other sorting method is in effect (in this case
 Alphabetical sorting). I'm not at all sure I see how that makes it easier
 to find people than the current by status sorting other then that you only
 have two sorted lists to look through instead of two to five lists (or
 however many statuses your buddies currently have). And I definitely don't
 see how it makes it easier when alphabetical sorting is in use since it
 just adds an extra list that needs scanning (and if you don't generally
 care about offline buddies such that hiding them at the bottom of the
 group is a good thing, disabling them is likely a better idea).
