 Adding a new menu for this isn't a good idea - for many people, the menus
 are already the constraint preventing a narrower buddy list window and
 this would make it worse (keep in mind that the translated text can be
 significantly longer than the english text).

 Toward the goal of making searching easier, I'd rather have that
 functionality enhanced to search within collapsed groups and such instead
 of having to have the roundabout functionality to expand all groups.
