 I just set #7801 as a duplicate of this, but wanted to pull one note from
 that ticket. I think it might be best/most familiar if the right-click
 option being suggested here was simply 'Edit Buddy Pounces' which resulted
 in a 'Buddy Pounces for X' dialog akin to the current global 'Buddy
 Pounces' dialog.
