New description:

 Bug found on Windows XP with only an AIM account enabled. Hide on minimize
 is also disabled. Steps to reproduce:

 1. minimize the buddy list[[BR]]
 2. double click the tray icon (buddy list appears)[[BR]]
 3. double click it again (buddy list is minimized)[[BR]]
 4. double click it again (buddy list appears)[[BR]]
 5. change statuses and try to type a new status message on the buddy list
 window

 The text box where the new status message is typed will not accept focus
 for any status until the buddy list window is minimized and restored
 again.
