 Steps to reproduce:
 1) Add a persistent IRC chat to your buddy list.
 2) Join that IRC chat
 3) Join another IRC chat (doesn't have to be persistent)
 4) Close the tab associated with 2.
 5) Attempt to /join the chat closed by 4 (from chat opened in 3)

 Expected behavior:
 The tab reopens and/or is brought to the front.

 Actual behavior:
 Nothing happens.
