 If you visit http://developer.pidgin.im/l10n/ and look at the color
 indicator for a language that is 100% translated (for example Czech),
 there is still some blue and red. I have fixed this. In addition I made
 some other changes so the produces output is valid XHTML. (If you wonder
 why I cared to do this, it is because I'm using your style sheet for
 PivotX.)
