 When trying to connect to an MSN account, the error message "Unable to
 retrieve MSN address book" is returned every time. This occurs regardless
 of whether plugins are enabled or not. Connecting to other protocols works
 without issues, as does connecting to MSN using Windows Live Messenger.

 Steps to reproduce: Try to connect to an MSN account.
 Version: Pidgin 2.5.3 (precompiled Windows binary, downloaded from Pidgin
 website)
 OS: Windows Vista Home Premium
