Comment:

 Will some developers take a look at MSN, Yahoo, and QQ and make sure that,
 when calling the buddy_add prpl function, if the buddy already exists in
 the specified group, it functions as a no-op or it re-requests
 authorization from the buddy? (see attached patch and comments 35 and 36
 for details)

 I'd like to get this into 2.5.5 if possible :)
