 I am a new user to UBUNTU,  currently I am using  windows 7 and NTFS file
 system partition hard disk. My friend told me to try UBUNTU and I
 downloaded it from UBUNTU home site for free. Now I want to install it on
 my pc and I request you to provide the full detailed steps in the
 installation.

 Current Operating System :  Windows 7

 I have installed windows in C drive and like to install UBUNTU in D drive
 My hard disk is of 160GB (30+30+50+50) and willing to use the next 30GB,
 please provide the information on installation of UBUNTU as I am new to
 ext3 and ext2 partitions and dont know how to create them in D drive
 manually.
